Adding D3, G3, B4, and D5 to the already great scale of B Celtic Minor 9, this variation offers even more opportunities for diverse playing styles and feels. The inclusion of the D3 allows the instrument to be played not only around B Minor, but also D Major, opening up a completely different side to the instrument. Additionally, the inclusion of G3 introduces another half step to play around, offering more tension to incorporate into harmonies. The inclusion of two more high notes offers a 3rd octave of B and D, the minor and relative major respectively.
